FOOTBALL ACADEMY CAMPER INFORMATION
The 2024 RI Football Academy will be held at Cranston Stadium, 20 Jordan Ave. located off of Park Ave. in Cranston.
PLEASE NOTE:
Once you register, you’ll receive a QR code. QR codes allows us to easily check campers in. Please have you QR Code ready when you check-in, it speeds up the process for our admin staff.
CAMP HOURS:
Camp hours for all campers ages 6-18 years old will be 8:30-12:00 Monday-Friday. There will not be any training in the afternoon.
Camper Check-in Process/Drop off and Pick up Process:

- All drop off and pick up for campers will take place at the check-in stations located in the parking lot at the rear of Cranston Stadium. There will not be any drop off or pickup permitted for any campers at the front entrance of the facility under any circumstances.

- Campers may check in each day at 7:30. This is to assist working parents. Check-in will use a drive thru format. It will not be necessary for campers or parents to leave the vehicle until they arrive at the check-in station.

- When campers check in, they will present their “QR Code” either on printed paper form or from a cell phone. QR Codes are sent once you register.

- Camp sessions will begin each day at 8:30. Only camp staff and campers will be permitted inside the facility.

- There are usually two gates open for check-in locations. Please be patient. Check-in and pick up times tend to get hectic.

- High school campers driving their own vehicles to camp each are asked to park in the spaces nearest the baseball field and along Peerless St. away from all check-in stations. It does not matter what gate you use to check-in
Pickup/Daily Dismissal
Camp dismissal begins each day at approximately 11:45. Campers will be dismissed by position grouping. It does not matter which gate you drop your camper off at, check-in for all groups can be done at either gate.
Camp Training Overview

- Campers will train in the position bundle they selected on their registration.

- The training is setup by position groupings for all the offensive and defensive positions to be taught.

- Camper groupings are based on the position group they’ve selected/been assigned. Position groups should stay together in the same area. Campers keep any water jugs along with any coolers for snacks and/or fruit in their area. All water jugs and coolers must be marked with the player’s full name. Disposal water bottles paper and plastic bags are not allowed.

- Campers will train within their position groups by age groupings, 6-11 years old and 12-18 yrs. old. This breakdown is based solely on registrations and may slightly flucuate. Campers will be separated by age within their grouping.

- Campers will train half of their time in the offensive grouping and the remaining half of their in their defensive grouping daily.

- Campers are not required to wear face coverings during drills.
General Camper Information

- ONLY CAMP STAFF AND CAMPERS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE FACILITY, PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE FACILITY (With the exception being the last day of camp, usually Friday).

- GATORADE IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PLAYING SURFACE OR INSIDE THE FACILITY, WATER ONLY.

- All campers must notify staff if they are not feeling well during camp.

- If you are not feeling well or are running fever, please do not attend camp that day.

- Coolers and water jugs only. No disposable bottles. No paper or plastic bags. All coolers and water jugs must have the players first and last name clearly marked on it.

- Campers must notify a staff member anytime they need to use any restrooms.

- Mouthpieces are not required but recommended.
