Rhode Island Football Academy ("RIFA", "we", "us") operates the RI Football Academy mobile app and website at rifootballacademy.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

- Email address — used to create and authenticate your account.
- Camper information — name, age, and session details provided during registration.
- Push notification token — collected when you allow notifications in the app, used solely to send you camp updates.
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account and provide access to camp information
- To send confirmation emails and camp-related updates
- To send push notifications about your camper's session (if you opt in)
- To manage camp registration, attendance, and operations
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for email delivery).
Push Notifications
If you grant notification permission, your device token is stored and used only to send you camp-related messages. You can revoke permission at any time in your device settings.
Data Retention
Registration and camper data is retained for the duration of the camp season and may be kept for up to one year for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Camper information is provided by and managed by the parent or guardian account holder.
